Perfume dissection: Miss Dior Cherie

This is one of the most gorgeous perfumes to wear on Valentine’s Day, and any other day for that matter: the playfully pretty Miss Dior Cherie.

With a congruently shaped bottle and similarity in the base notes, this perfume is reminiscent of the 1947 Dior release, Miss Dior. But Miss Dior Cherie is much more unusual, more playful and more interesting than its predecessor. It is able to stand its own, in all it’s fantastical femininity, just like the lady who wears it.

When to wear it

Wear it during the day time or late afternoon. It works during any season but it’s at its best during summer time.

On the Nose

This popular perfume is sweet and cheeky.  The fantasy in femininity is brought out with notes like caramel-popcorn, cherry and rose but the scent is still chic and sophisticated with base notes of honey-like amber and fresh patchouli.

Base: amber, patchouli, musk

Middle: violent, rose, jasmine, caramel popcorn

Top: strawberry, cherry, pineapple, orange
